Where do you deliver to?

We now deliver across the Gulf!

You can now choose your favorite items, and enjoy our delivery to your doorstep at your home or office in the KSA, Kuwait, UAE and Oman.

We can also deliver to areas outside main city borders, but due to certain difficulties, it will be shipped to the closest courier company office. We would kindly ask you to pick up your order.

Do you have extra charges for delivery?

Yes, delivery fees will be charged according to the country and with any method that will be used such as: Cash on Delivery, bank card or Apple Pay.

Free Delivery is applied to paid orders only.*Cash on Delivery orders not included.

Delivery fees are as follows:

KSA: Below 369 SAR will have a surcharge of SAR 19 for delivery.

UAE: All orders will have a surcharge of 40 AED for delivery.

Kuwait: All order will have a surcharge of 3 KWD for delivery.

Oman: No minimum cart amount, will have a surcharge of 10 OMR for delivery.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Order delivery on normal days:

Kindly note that UAE, Kuwait, and Oman customers will receive their orders within 5-8 working days from the day their order is placed.

KSA customers except in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam will receive their orders within 1-3 working days from the day their order is placed.

How can I track my order?

We will provide you with the tracking number at your Email address once your order been shipped
If your order has taken more than 5 days in KSA or 7 days in other countries, please contact the customer support team via the Contact us form, send an email at [email protected]

How can I change my delivery address?

You can send an email at [email protected] to notify us of your correct address. Also, the courier company will call you prior to delivery to confirm your shipping address or change it at that time.

Please note, changes in the delivery address after purchasing might cause a delay in your shipment.

What is the difference between the shipping fees and COD fees?

We at Perfuminoaim to provide the best services and expand the options to our customers, so we provide cash on delivery as a payment method, which entails additional costs from the shipping company:

40 AED for UAE

You can cancel this value by prepaid by credit card, or apple pay

Cash on delivery service is not available for Kuwait & Oman.

Shipping costs in Saudi Arabia are free for orders above 369 SAR, otherwise an additional cost of 19 SAR will be charged.

Shipping costs will be calculated, if the total purchase value is less than 369 riyals after using the discount code.

As for Kuwait, Oman and the UAE, there is no minimum cart value for free shipping. Shipping costs 3 KWD / 10 OMR / 30 AED on all orders.

What could cause delay in shipment?

At Perfumino we believe that delivery of the order must be done on time and any delay will be very frustrating, so we are working to deliver the shipment to the shipping companies within one business day, and for any delays from the shipping companies please know your order will be our responsibility.

What are the service fees and why were they added to my order?

It is a service fee for orders less than 180 Saudi riyals or its equivalent in other currencies

The value of this fee is 15 SAR. The purpose of this fee is to ensure that we continue to provide you with the best service.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards:

At Perfumino, our preferred method of payment is via a secure ‘Credit Card’ transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept Visa & MasterCard. Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees.

Is Perfumino’s website trusted for online payments?

At Perfumino we use industry-leading encryption standards! This encrypts the data you provide to us, ensures it is safe and not accessible to any third party.

From your side, the most important aspect is to protect your password. Your data is only used to process orders and to serve you better.

What is a 3D-Secure credit card?

3D-Secure is a protocol designed to be an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions. Unfortunately it is not mentioned on most credit cards, whether it is 3D-Secure or not.

Visa Card offers 3D-Secure credit cards under the label of ‘Verified by Visa’. Master Card Holders will be familiar with the label ‘MasterCard Secure Code’.

For security reason, Perfumino only accepts 3D-Secure credit cards.

How can I return an item?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to a problem or a defect with the item, or you have received an item different from what you have ordered, kindly contact the customer service team via Email at: [email protected], or call us at one of the following numbers to initiate and schedule the return process.

Once we’ve heard from you, we will inform the courier to collect your order. We won’t keep you waiting! We will directly issue a refund coupon that is redeemable on our website for the price of the item returned. You can use the coupon to order any other item you would like!

You can also send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. You will receive a label attachment from [email protected] with a return airway bill (AWB) number. After that, drop off all exchange items at the nearest Aramex office with the return airway bill (AWB) number. Following that, please notify us by sending an email, and a voucher will be issued immediately for your use.

Please ensure the product is unused and in good condition, with labels intact and the original packaging undamaged. Remember to ship the item inside the Perfumino.

If you experience a problem with the fragrance and longevity, you can return the perfume to us for a quality check. If there is a problem with the fragrance, we will issue you with a refund. However, if no issue is detected, the perfume will be shipped back to you

If the customer refuses to accept the returned item, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will not reship the item again or issue a refund.

What is the return notice period?

We provide our customers with a 24 hour notice period of returns. Please note that the items must be in the original packaging and must be unused.

Do I get a Refund? Do I get my money back?

We offer our clients a refund service if the product is received damaged from the shipping process or a product received is different from what was ordered. There are two methods that the customer can choose from.

First method: Refund the amount using the same payment method through which the order was completed.

For example:

– Credit cards: The amount will be returned to the same card that was used.

– Tabby or Tamara: The amount will be returned via Tabby and Tamara.

– Cash on Delivery: We will need the customer to provide us with bank information to transfer the amount to his account.

* Please note that the process of returning the amount through the bank will take a maximum of 10 to 14 working days.

Second method:

The customer can exchange the amount for a purchase voucher of the same value or exchange the purchased product for free, as Perfumino will cover the costs of returning the product and shipping.

*Please note that delivery fees and cash on delivery service fees will not be refunded with the value of the product.

How long does a return or exchange refund take?

The sooner you inform us that you want to initiate a return process the better! Our Aramex team will arrive within 2 working days to your doorstep to pick-up the item. A refund coupon will directly be sent to you via email afterwards.
